Harper and Mary Strategies is certified to provide Emergenetics profiles and teambuilding experiences for businesses of all sizes, as well as nonprofits. Considered a personality test, Emergenetics is more than a reflective Q&A. This assessment and its associated programming aim to provide individuals with insight to their communication styles, which in turn fosters better relationships, empathy, and overall human connection.

Emergenetics aligns with Anna’s believe that people thrive when they are understood, supported, and placed in the right environment. Emergenetics provides a practical, research-based framework for increasing self-awareness and improving communication, allowing individuals and teams to “bloom where they are planted” by leveraging their natural strengths and appreciating diverse perspectives.

Emergenetics assessments and programming are priced per person. Leadership services are invoiced outside of our online storefront. To schedule a course with Harper and Mary Strategies, contact Anna!

Testimonials —
“Incorporating Emergenetics into the Madison County High Potential Leadership Program is one of the key elements that sets our program apart. Year after year, participants are struck by how in-depth and accurate the assessments are. Emergenetics reshapes how they see their role and value in leadership, helping them embrace their true strengths while becoming comfortable with areas of growth. Rather than trying to be everything, our cohort members learn how to intentionally build teams that complement their strengths. It removes competition and replaces it with shared purpose, mutual respect, and a true team mentality, while also transforming how they communicate by reminding them that great leadership means meeting people where they are.”
- Jill Parham
“Emergenetics provides a clear framework for understanding yourself so you can elevate your strengths and show up more intentionally as a leader. It helps you recognize areas for growth and manage expectations, while also knowing when to lean on or involve other team members.”
- Cory-Lynn Thurston
